Yung Bae, born Dallas Cotton in 1994, is a future funk producer from Portland, Oregon. He gained recognition for his "Bae" series of albums, which blend American disco, funk, and 1980s Japanese city pop influences. Since his debut in 2014, Yung Bae has collaborated with artists like Method Man and Mike Posner, and has performed at major festivals including Coachella. In 2019, he was named to Billboard's Dance Ones to Watch list. His discography includes albums such as "Bae" (2014), "Bae 5" (2019), and "Groove Continental: Side A" (2022).
