Halloween weekend has finally arrived, and we’re celebrating with triad of headliners at the club. On Thursday, October 26th, New York-based duo Sofi Tukker performs a DJ set after their sold-out show with Odesza. MK is on the decks Friday, October 27th and Dr. Fresch brings his bass house beats to the club on Saturday, October 28th.
This weekend we welcome long-time Audio favorite and the man who always brings a heavy level of funk to the dancefloor: Felix Da Housecat. He’ll be on the decks on Friday, October 21st to jumpstart your weekend.
Spotify is upping their mobile game with their second-ever app, this time catered specifically to artists – Spotify For Artists. For musicians who rely on the online world as one of the main gateways through which they share their music and work to build a name for themselves, this is massive.
This weekend, we have a triple threat of headliners coming to Audio featuring some of the most well-known artists in the electronic music world. We’re extremely excited to host the famed duo The Crystal Method on Thursday, October 12th, followed by Kidnap Kid on Friday, October 13th and Carl Craig closing out the weekend on Saturday, October 14th.
With so much top-tier music happening at the venue this weekend, let’s dig into their sound.
Nina Kraviz never ceases to amaze us. The Russian DJ and producer has built a reputation as one of the most well-known female artists on the global techno circuit and stands as a significant role model to many women in the industry. She is a powerhouse in the electronic music scene, with a strong ear for high-quality techno and unmatched skill when it comes to production. She started her own record label, трип, in December 2014.
It’s just about that time of week again – that time we all look forward to. The weekend is almost here, and we have an incredible few nights ahead of us.
In the modern world of dance music that we’ve all come to know and love, there is an abundance of producers and DJs crafting their own style and creating tracks with their own personal twists within whatever genre they’ve grown passionate it about. And as this number continues to grow and more talented musicians come out of the woodworks, one thing becomes glaringly clear.
